Bleecker Street Group has acquired Ripple (also referenced as Ripple Operations), a provider of integrated maritime software solutions for tugboat, towboat, barge and large ferry operators. Ripple will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Bleecker Street Group to accelerate product development, expand go-to-market efforts and strengthen Bleecker Street's maritime and supply chain software portfolio.

BlackSea Technologies, a Baltimore-based maritime defense solutions company and portfolio company of Razors Edge Ventures, has acquired Blue Tide Marine to expand its maritime operations, unmanned systems (UxS) capabilities and at-sea support services. The acquisition integrates Blue Tide Marine's maritime expertise — including the 170' yacht support vessel OCEANUS V and a team of retired U.S. Navy SEALs and special operators — to strengthen end-to-end UxS operations, ISR, and mission sustainment for defense customers.
