Beach Point Capital Management Makes Majority Investment in Botanical Designs

Beach Point Capital Management’s private equity team (on behalf of BPC Tactical Fund LP) made a majority investment in Botanical Designs, a specialty commercial landscaping and green-wall design, installation and maintenance company. Management will remain owners, terms were not disclosed, and the capital will support geographic expansion, business transformation and strategic M&A (Botanical Designs recently acquired Interior Foliage Company to expand in Seattle).

The capital will support the company’s continued expansion across South Carolina and into Western North Carolina and Northern Georgia, including opening a sixth location in Seneca, SC and staffing growth to support new product offerings and services.
