IXL Learning Acquires Rosetta Stone Languages Division from Cambium Learning Group

The deal is IXL's first acquisition of a company headquartered outside the United States and expands its tutoring capabilities and European presence, adding MyTutor's network used by hundreds of thousands of families and a large portion of U.K. secondary schools.
