Bounteous acquired Chennai-based digital consultancy Lister Digital (announced September 2021) and has completed integration, rebranding Lister's India operation as Bounteous India. The company promoted Vasan Sampath to CEO of the India delivery arm as part of the integration and will expand delivery capabilities and hiring across digital engineering, commerce, marketing, data and analytics.
