Accel Entertainment Acquires Century Gaming (Including Grand Vision Gaming)

Accel Entertainment, Inc. completed the previously announced acquisition of Century Gaming, Inc. for $164.2 million in cash and stock. The deal expands Accel’s footprint into Montana and Nevada—adding more than 900 licensed locations and ~8,300 gaming terminals—and brings manufacturing capabilities through Century’s Grand Vision Gaming unit and Century’s player rewards programs.

Evolution AB (publ), via its subsidiary Evolution Malta Holding Limited, agreed to acquire Galaxy Gaming, Inc. for approximately $85 million in cash, valuing the company at about $124 million including net debt. The deal strengthens Evolution's US presence and content portfolio by adding Galaxy's proprietary table games and technology; Galaxy's management and employees will be retained and the transaction is expected to close in mid-2025 subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.
