NFP has acquired Presidio Financial Services Corporation, a Westlake Village, California-based independent insurance brokerage specializing in medical malpractice and healthcare professional liability insurance. The acquisition closed on April 7, 2023 and brings Presidio founder and CEO Gisela Plazas into NFP to expand the firm's specialized medical malpractice capabilities and strengthen its P&C presence in the Western United States.
