Nourish Care, the UK-based digital social care records platform, has acquired CarePlanner, a home care planning software used by more than 2,000 domiciliary care agencies. The acquisition expands Nourish's offering into person-centred community and home care, and was supported by financing arranged by NatWest; Nourish is PE-backed by Livingbridge.
