Accolade, Inc. Acquires PlushCare

Accolade, Inc. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire PlushCare, a virtual primary care and mental health provider, in a transaction valued at up to $450 million (including cash, stock and performance-based consideration). The deal will add primary care and mental health capabilities to Accolade's advocacy and navigation platform to expand direct care delivery for Accolade members and drive broader employer cost savings and engagement.
