ARTUS (Castik-backed) Acquires Majority Stake in Hestia

ARTUS Bautrocknung- und Sanierungsgruppe, a Castik Capital-backed restoration platform, has acquired a majority stake in Hestia, with Hestia’s management and existing shareholders becoming shareholders in the combined group. The deal creates a national restoration leader in Germany covering fire, water and elemental damage, combining ~400 ARTUS employees with Hestia’s >600 specialists to form a ~1,000-employee group handling roughly 35,000 claims per year.
