ABS, a Denver-based administrator of automotive aftermarket warranty products and claims, will continue to be led by CEO Michael Cox and will integrate with Brown & Brown’s Dealer Services to expand automotive F&I and warranty capabilities.

Brown & Brown, Inc. has entered into an agreement to acquire the general insurance operating companies of BdB (including BdB (UK) Limited, BdB Europe SRL and affiliated Mithras entities). The BdB businesses — a specialist wholesale broker and MGA network operating in the UK and Europe — will continue to operate from locations in London, Belgium and Italy and will report into Brown & Brown’s Bridge Specialty Group.
