Bloom Venture/Equity Partners, a SaaS-focused investment firm, has acquired Viocorp International Pty Ltd (trading as Viostream) from Bailador Technology Investments (ASX: BTI) and other minority shareholders. The acquisition gives Bloom ownership of Viostream’s enterprise-grade cloud video management platform to accelerate product reach and international growth, with a new CEO, Evan Parker, appointed to lead the next growth phase.
