Banyan Software Acquires Intuitive Systems from NVM Private Equity

Banyan Software has acquired UK-based travel reservation platform provider Intuitive Systems from NVM Private Equity. The deal transfers Intuitive — maker of the iVector booking platform used by tour operators, hotel wholesalers and online travel agents — into Banyan's portfolio as it expands its vertical enterprise software holdings.
