Banyan Software Acquires Millennium Computer Systems

Banyan Software, a permanent-capital acquirer of niche enterprise software businesses, has acquired Millennium Computer Systems, the Victoria, British Columbia–based developer of FAST, a suite of finance, HR and student reporting tools for higher-education administrators. Banyan says it will continue to invest in Millennium’s products and operations to support continued development and service for higher-education clients.
