Banyan Software has acquired star/trac supply chain solutions GmbH, a Munich-based provider of yard and transport management software formerly part of the Barkawi Group. The acquisition strengthens Banyan's presence in Germany and adds specialized yard and transport management capabilities serving chemical, industrial and logistics customers.
