Fortis Payment Systems (FortisPay) has acquired Swype at Work and entered a strategic partnership with Net at Work to expand payment integrations across ERP and e-commerce platforms. The deal is intended to extend FortisPay’s Zeamster commerce platform into the B2B middle market by leveraging Swype’s ERP/e-commerce integration capabilities and Net at Work’s channel expertise.
