The Riverside Company has merged OmniUpdate, a higher-education web content management provider, with Destiny Solutions, a student lifecycle management SaaS provider, to create a cloud-based, end-to-end student digital engagement platform. The combined company will be headquartered in Camarillo, California, led by Lance Merker (CEO) and Peter DeVries (President & COO), bringing together more than 150 employees and a combined customer base of 450+ institutions; Riverside plans to expand the product suite and pursue add-on acquisitions.
