H.I.G. Capital to Acquire Travis Perkins Plc's Plumbing & Heating Business

H.I.G. Capital has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Travis Perkins Plc's Plumbing & Heating business (P&H) in a divestiture valued at approximately £325 million. The carved-out business, which trades under City Plumbing Supplies and Plumbing Trade Solutions and operates more than 350 branches across the UK and Ireland with over 3,000 employees, will be transitioned to an independent company to accelerate customer-focused growth under H.I.G.'s ownership.

Hometree Acquires GeoWarmth Heat Pumps and The Little Green Energy Company

Hometree has acquired two regional renewable installers, GeoWarmth Heat Pumps and The Little Green Energy Company, supported by a new debt facility provided by funds and accounts managed by BlackRock. The acquisitions (two of seven total for Hometree) add c.55 employees and around £15m of combined revenues, strengthening Hometree's installation capacity and access to customers, financing and maintenance capabilities for residential renewable systems across the UK.

The Nudyne Group Acquires Howard Engineering Heat Transfer Products Corp.

The Nudyne Group LLC has completed an asset acquisition of Howard Engineering Heat Transfer Products Corp., acquiring the company's intellectual property and key assets and relocating manufacturing to Corona, California. The deal expands Nudyne's heating and heat-transfer capabilities for commercial and industrial applications and the business will operate as Howard's Engineering Heat Transfer Products LLC under Nudyne ownership.

Nu-Pipe founder and CEO Ashby Johnson will join Shenandoah as President of Solution Technologies, and the deal expands Shenandoah's CIPP, SAPL and grouting capabilities across the U.S.
