The deal expands USIC's service footprint and field workforce across the Midwest and Southeast, enhancing its ability to serve utilities and municipalities.

Financial terms were not disclosed; SII generated over $10 million in revenue in 2023 and will expand Bruker's capabilities in bioluminescence, fluorescence and X‑ray preclinical imaging.
