LPA Software Solutions Acquires LPA Systems, Inc.

Founders Donald Soule and Katrina Adams remain in executive roles and existing LPA Systems staff and client relationships will transfer to the new ownership.

Alpine Software Group (ASG) Acquires ThinkLP

Alpine Software Group (ASG), a portfolio company of Alpine Investors, has acquired ThinkLP, a Waterloo, Ontario–headquartered provider of retail loss prevention and safety case management SaaS. The deal brings ThinkLP into ASG's vertical SaaS platform (ASG's 50th software acquisition); founder Doug Treleaven will transition out of day-to-day operations and Spencer Marzouk will become CEO.
