Leonovus Inc. to Acquire PureColo Inc.

Leonovus Inc. signed a Letter of Intent to acquire Ottawa-based colocation provider PureColo Inc. for CAD 3,000,000 plus assumption of approximately CAD 500,000 of debt, with payment in cash and units and contingent equity tied to revenue milestones. The acquisition is intended to add colocation and edge computing capabilities to Leonovus's data management software portfolio and generate recurring revenue through multi-year customer contracts.
