Horizon Capital-backed Modern Networks has acquired Bridge Fibre (a Cambridgeshire fibre internet and telecoms provider) and Response IT (a London/Surrey managed services provider). The add-ons expand Modern Networks' ISP and MSP capabilities for the UK commercial property market and lift the combined business to over £20M in turnover and more than 150 employees across Hitchin, Manchester, Cambridge and Guildford.
