(Southwest JCB) has acquired ProCon JCB, folding the dealer into its Southwest JCB operations and expanding branch locations into Commerce City (CO), Phoenix (AZ), Las Cruces (NM), El Paso (TX) and Las Vegas (NV). The deal brings ProCon JCB under the leadership of former owner Nic DiPaulo as part of Southwest's broader material-handling and construction equipment footprint; financial terms were not disclosed.
