Insider Inc., the parent company of Business Insider, has acquired a controlling stake in digital media startup Morning Brew in a deal reported at up to $75 million. Morning Brew will remain an independent brand within Insider’s portfolio; the acquisition gives Insider a profitable newsletter business with millions of readers and $20+ million in run-rate revenue.
