Humanly Acquires Sprockets, Qualifi and HourWork to Build End-to-End AI Hiring Platform

Seattle-based Humanly acquired Charleston-based Sprockets, Indianapolis-based Qualifi, and Boston-based HourWork to create an end-to-end conversational AI hiring platform that covers sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding and retention. The combined product will integrate Sprockets' hiring and frontline manager tools, Qualifi's automated phone/voice screening, and HourWork's post-hire engagement capabilities to serve enterprise, mid-market and high-volume employers.

Workday, the Pleasanton, California-based enterprise cloud applications company, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire HiredScore, an AI-powered talent orchestration provider headquartered in New York. The acquisition (terms undisclosed, reported to be in the hundreds of millions) will integrate HiredScore's responsible AI recruiting and internal mobility capabilities into Workday's talent management and Skills Cloud offerings to enhance recruiting, screening, and internal mobility for customers.

HubSpot Acquires Dashworks

AbleJobs — founded in 2019 and used by an estimated 3 million people with nearly 35,000 placements and backing from investors including Y Combinator and Elevation Capital — will see its founders join Instawork's team; financial terms were not disclosed.
