Mitratech Acquires Circa and Trakstar

Mitratech has acquired Milwaukee-based Circa (Infosoft Group d/b/a Circa) from Gauge Capital and concurrently acquired Trakstar, expanding its HR compliance, DEI, workforce analytics, and talent management capabilities. The transactions bring OFCCP compliance, DEI sourcing, workforce analytics, and performance management technologies into Mitratech’s existing legal, risk, compliance, and HR software platform.

Circa Acquires America's Job Exchange

Circa (Infosoft Group LLC), a portfolio company of Gauge Capital, has acquired America's Job Exchange (AJE), a provider of OFCCP compliance and diversity recruitment technology based in Andover, Massachusetts. Brookside Mezzanine Partners provided subordinated debt and an equity co-investment to support the transaction, which expands Circa’s federal contractor compliance and diversity recruitment capabilities.

Diversis Capital Acquires Infotech

Diversis Capital Management, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm, has acquired Infotech, a Gainesville, Florida-based SaaS provider of infrastructure construction and bidding solutions. Diversis plans to invest in product innovation and scale Infotech's offerings — which include Appia, Bid Express and AASHTOWare Project services — while Infotech's CEO Will McClave will remain in place.

The purchase expands DirectEmployers' recruitment and OFCCP-compliance offerings by increasing job visibility to diverse talent pools and strengthening its DEI-focused job board network for member employers.

The acquisitions (closed in Q3 2023) are add-on deals to Talent Groups' platform; financial terms were not disclosed.
