Fullsteam Acquires Kaleida Systems

The acquisition expands Fullsteam’s vertical software capabilities in the home- and senior-care market and will be an add-on to its existing platform.

Vonigo's founders will remain in their roles, and Alkali Partners served as financial advisor to Vonigo; Fullsteam said the deal will provide Vonigo customers with improved payments tools and operational support to drive growth.
