MSC Industrial Supply Co. acquired Buckeye Industrial Supply Co., a Columbus, Ohio-based metalworking distributor, and Tru-Edge Grinding Inc., a St. Henry, Ohio-based custom tool manufacturer. The two businesses (combined estimated 2022 revenue of $28 million and ~80 associates) will continue to operate under their current names as MSC companies and expand MSC's metalworking and manufacturing capabilities in the Midwest.
