MSC Industrial Supply Co. acquired ApTex, Inc. (Waukesha, Wisconsin) and Premier Tool Grinding, Inc. (Goodyear, Arizona); both businesses will continue to operate under their current names as MSC companies. The two targets had combined 2023 revenues of slightly over $20 million and 58 associates; MSC said the acquisitions will be net neutral to fiscal 2024 net income and will expand MSC’s regional presence and specialty tooling/regrinding capabilities.
