HEICO Subsidiary dB Control Acquires Charter Engineering

HEICO Corporation's dB Control subsidiary acquired 100% of the stock of Charter Engineering, Inc., a Pinellas Park, Florida-based designer and manufacturer of RF and microwave coaxial switches. The acquisition will integrate Charter into HEICO's Electronic Technologies Group and expand dB Control's RF/microwave switch offering; HEICO expects the deal to be accretive within the year.

HEICO Corporation Acquires Majority Stake in Pioneer Industries

HEICO Corporation's Flight Support Group has agreed to acquire a 74% equity interest in Pioneer Industries, a Farmingdale, New York-based specialty distributor of military aviation, marine and ground spares, for cash at closing plus potential contingent consideration. Pioneer founders Robert and David Yormack will retain 26% and remain in their current roles; the transaction is subject to antitrust clearance and is expected to be accretive to HEICO's earnings within a year.

HEICO / Mid Continent Controls Acquires Rosen Aviation

HEICO Corporation's Mid Continent Controls (MC2) subsidiary acquired all ownership interests in Eugene, Oregon-based Rosen Aviation for undisclosed cash consideration. Rosen, a designer and manufacturer of in-flight entertainment (IFE) cabin displays and control panels for the business and VVIP aviation markets, will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of MC2 to expand MC2/HEICO's cabin electronics capabilities and deliver integrated IFE solutions to OEMs, operators and completion centers.
