Alpine Investors Partners with Jackson Mechanical to Launch Orion Group

Alpine Investors has partnered with Jackson Mechanical Service Inc., a commercial and industrial HVACR and boiler services provider based in Oklahoma City, to form Orion Group, a new commercial facility services platform. Jackson will serve as the foundation of Orion; Alpine plans to invest from its recent fund to roll up family-owned commercial HVACR and plumbing businesses nationwide. Terms were not disclosed; Generational Equity served as Jackson's advisor.

Sigma7 Acquires Risk & Strategic Management, Corp.

Sigma7 has acquired Virginia-based Risk & Strategic Management, Corp. (RSM), a provider of risk consulting, business continuity and accredited security-focused training delivered via e-learning and an 87-acre immersive training facility. RSM founder Dr. Mike Blyth will remain CEO and all employees will stay in place; terms were not disclosed. The deal expands Sigma7's platform capabilities in training, crisis management and global risk services.

Arcline Investment Management Acquires Rotating Machinery Services, Inc.

Arcline Investment Management, a growth-oriented private equity firm, has acquired Rotating Machinery Services, Inc. (RMS), an OEM and leading third-party provider of parts, repair, engineering, metrology and maintenance services for turbomachinery. RMS is headquartered in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, operates nine facilities, and will partner with Arcline and its management team to pursue growth in aftermarket turbomachinery services.
