X-Bow Systems Acquires Evolution Space

X-Bow Systems announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire Evolution Space to expand its production capacity for solid rocket motors and enhance its hypersonic propulsion capabilities. The transaction is expected to close in March or April and will bring Evolution Space’s hypersonic technology portfolio and its advanced solid rocket motor manufacturing facility at Stennis Space Center in Mississippi into X-Bow’s operations.
