Super League Enterprise Acquires Misfits Ads Division

Super League Enterprise (Nasdaq: SLE) signed a definitive agreement to acquire the Misfits Ads Division from Misfits Gaming Group for $1.5 million in cash and a 19.99% equity stake in Super League, plus potential milestone-based additional cash and equity over 24 months. The deal also includes a preferred commercial brand partnership allowing Super League to run brand integrations across Misfits’ owned-and-operated game portfolio reaching more than 100 million monthly active users.

Partner One to Acquire SeaChange International's Product and Services Assets

An affiliate of Partner One will acquire substantially all of SeaChange International’s product and services assets for a purchase price of $30 million, less SeaChange's cash and cash equivalents at closing. The asset sale is expected to close in SeaChange’s fiscal 2025 first quarter, subject to shareholder approvals, and SeaChange expects net proceeds of approximately $13–15 million while retaining its cash and NOLs.
