Continental Acquires Minority Stake in Apex.AI

Continental has taken a minority stake in Palo Alto–headquartered Apex.AI as a strategic investor to deepen an existing collaboration on the safety-certified vehicle operating system Apex.OS. The minority investment (amount undisclosed) aims to accelerate industrialization and shorten development cycles for ADAS and autonomous-driving functions through closer cooperation and integration of Apex.AI's software with Continental's vehicle platforms.
