Contentstack Acquires Lytics

Selerix Acquires SyncStream Solutions

The acquisition combines Selerix's benefits platform and customer service capabilities with SyncStream's ACA reporting and advisory expertise to create an end-to-end ACA solution for employers, brokers, carriers, and staffing/PEO providers; financial terms were not disclosed.

Cast Iron Media Acquires Revvid Media

UPSTACK Acquires Meridian Network Services

UPSTACK acquired Meridian Network Services, a California-based full-service telecommunications agency, and named Meridian founder Stacey Dupree as a partner. The deal is part of UPSTACK's strategy to expand its internet infrastructure advisory platform and follows earlier investment from Berkshire Partners and $100 million in financing secured to scale the platform.
