626 Imaging Services, an affiliate of Peak Rock Capital, has completed add-on acquisitions of Medical Imaging Solutions (Woodstock, Georgia) and Mountain States Biomedical Services (Aurora, Colorado). The deals expand 626’s capabilities in imaging-equipment service, contrast injector support and biomedical services and increase the platform’s field service footprint (the combined platform now has over 150 field service engineers across the U.S.).
