Atlantic Street Capital Acquires Brown's Medical Imaging

RS&A (Sheridan-Backed) Acquires Summit Imaging and Avante Oncology Services

RS&A, LLC (backed by Sheridan Capital Partners) completed add-on acquisitions of Summit Imaging and Avante Oncology Services (formerly Oncology Services International) to expand its national service, repair, parts and refurbishment capabilities for radiotherapy and medical imaging equipment. The deals enhance RSA's technical capabilities and parts infrastructure across oncology and imaging modalities and were financed with debt support from Oxford Finance; Cascadia Capital and McGuire Woods served as advisors/counsel on related transactions.
