RSA's founding team retained a meaningful ownership stake and will remain active in operations as Sheridan partners with the company to scale its service capabilities and national footprint.

5th Century Partners has acquired Radon Medical Imaging, a provider of medical imaging equipment service, sales, and distribution, with unitranche debt and a minority equity investment provided by Avante Capital Partners to support the transaction. The deals expand 626’s capabilities in imaging-equipment service, contrast injector support and biomedical services and increase the platform’s field service footprint (the combined platform now has over 150 field service engineers across the U.S.).

The add-on deal expands Allied's radiological monitoring, laboratory and technician capabilities to support nuclear plant operations and decommissioning; financial terms were not disclosed.

Integra Testing Services Acquires RSAnalysis and RSACx (RSA)
