Columbus McKinnon Corporation (Nasdaq: CMCO) will acquire Dorner from EQT Private Equity (via EQT Mid Market US) for an enterprise value of USD 485 million. Dorner, headquartered in Hartland, Wisconsin, is a global manufacturer of high-precision conveyor systems with ~400 employees and serves end markets including e-commerce, life sciences and industrial automation; the deal is expected to close in Q2 2021 subject to customary approvals.
