The deal — terms undisclosed — is an add-on to SAS's platform to consolidate market position, expand capabilities (notably seaweed/algae extracts and organic solutions), and support international growth with Stirling Square backing.

Sustainable Agro Solutions Acquires Ceres Biotics

Plantation Products, a Norton, Massachusetts-based supplier of branded gardening products, completed two add-on acquisitions in June 2020, acquiring Sustainable Agrico (the Seeds of Change gardening seeds business from Mars, Incorporated) and Dyna-Gro. The deals expand Plantation Products' seed and organic seed offerings and add liquid plant nutrient products to its branded portfolio to broaden its product mix and strengthen retail distribution.
