Plantation Products Acquires Sustainable Agrico and Dyna-Gro

Plantation Products, a Norton, Massachusetts-based supplier of branded gardening products, completed two add-on acquisitions in June 2020, acquiring Sustainable Agrico (the Seeds of Change gardening seeds business from Mars, Incorporated) and Dyna-Gro. The deals expand Plantation Products' seed and organic seed offerings and add liquid plant nutrient products to its branded portfolio to broaden its product mix and strengthen retail distribution.

The company's co-founders will remain in place and Inverness Graham said Custom Agronomics will serve as a platform to pursue further acquisitions in the specialty agriculture and turf & ornamentals markets.
