(OTC: ATWT), a Memphis-based safety and security technology company, acquired its contract manufacturer Assembled Products, Inc. in a transaction valued at $2.6 million in cash and stock. The acquisition brings manufacturing in-house at Assembled Products' Rogersville, Alabama facility to reduce production costs, increase margins, and accelerate product development for ATWEC's child safety and vehicle sanitation systems.
