Techniplas, LLC has acquired the Molded Products Division of Lyle Industries, Inc., a Tier 1 supplier of cargo systems, carpeted trim and molded floors for luxury SUVs and electric passenger cars. The divestiture gives Techniplas new strategic manufacturing locations in the U.S. Southeast and complementary molding process capabilities while Lyle Industries will continue to supply premium carpet to the business.

Myers Industries Acquires Mohawk Rubber Sales of New England Inc.

Myers Industries (NYSE: MYE) acquired the assets of Mohawk Rubber Sales of New England Inc., a leading auto aftermarket and tire repair distributor headquartered in Hingham, Massachusetts. The acquisition, financed with Myers' revolving credit facility, adds four distribution centers and ~$65M of 2021 revenue to Myers' Distribution segment to expand geographic coverage, improve supply chain scale, and capture cost and growth synergies.

Caledonia Private Capital has completed a secondary buyout of Direct Tyre Management (DTM) from Palatine, acquiring the Blackpool‑based tyre management and fleet tyre services business. DTM, which grew revenue from £30m to £60m over the past two years and serves major fleet operators using predictive tyre-technology and roadside support, will partner with Caledonia to expand services and explore growth in other jurisdictions.

Mavis Acquires NTB and Tire Kingdom Company-Owned Retail Stores from TBC Corporation

Mavis Tire Express Services Corp. agreed to acquire TBC Corporation's company-owned retail portfolio, comprising 392 NTB Tire & Service Centers and 203 Tire Kingdom Service Centers, expanding Mavis's retail footprint. The deal allows TBC to focus on its wholesale, distribution and franchise businesses while Mavis accelerates its growth and geographic expansion across the Midwest, mid-Atlantic, Florida and Texas; financial terms were not disclosed.
