Ingevity Acquires Ozark Materials for $325M

Ingevity Corporation completed the previously announced all-cash acquisition of privately-owned Ozark Materials (including Ozark Logistics) for $325 million. The acquisition brings a leading producer of pavement marking materials and related logistics into Ingevity's Performance Chemicals segment and strengthens its position in the paving construction end market across the United States and Canada.
