Intouch Insight Ltd. Acquires PerformaLogics Inc. and MobilForce

Ottawa-based Intouch Insight Ltd. entered into a definitive agreement to acquire PerformaLogics Inc., a North American experience measurement company, and its sister company MobilForce, a field-reporting software provider. The acquisition (targeted close February 1, 2020) is valued at up to CAD 1,750,600 in cash, is expected to be immediately accretive, and adds recurring software and services revenue to Intouch's SaaS product suite.
