Tegria, a healthcare technology and services company launched by Providence, has acquired Cumberland, a Franklin, Tennessee–based healthcare consulting and managed services firm with more than 250 employees. The acquisition expands Tegria's consulting capabilities for payer organizations, strengthens its managed services for providers, and will have Cumberland operate as an independent business unit within Tegria's consulting and technology services group.
