HG Automation has acquired Treva Automation, a Lake Orion, Michigan-based provider of controls engineering, mechanical design/build, software development and systems integration for automated solutions. The acquisition adds Treva's automation capabilities to HG Automation's platform (managed by Huizenga Group); Treva founder Dave London will retain an ownership interest.
