iLobby (rebranded as FacilityOS) has acquired SCLogic, a provider of last‑yard logistics management software, and integrated SCLogic's Intra solution into its platform under the new LogisticsOS module. The deal and rebrand position FacilityOS as an expanded, end‑to‑end facility, visitor and logistics management platform serving enterprise customers across manufacturing, healthcare, higher education and other mission‑critical environments.
