An affiliate of Sun Capital Partners has completed the acquisition of LoanLogics, a Jacksonville-based provider of digital mortgage solutions that offers document automation and data-driven audit software. Sun Capital said the investment—its second technology platform deal since formalizing a technology vertical—will support LoanLogics' growth and product innovation across the digital mortgage market.

Absorb Software Acquires eLogic Learning

The acquisition broadens Absorb's customer base and vertical expertise (notably retail, healthcare and fast casual dining) and adds eLogic's content development capabilities and global user footprint.

Accenture to Acquire Logic

Accenture has entered into an agreement to acquire Logic, a Minneapolis-based retail technology services firm that employs approximately 800 professionals and serves more than 150 retail clients worldwide. The acquisition will strengthen Accenture’s retail technology transformation capabilities across merchandising, stores, digital, analytics, cloud, and AI; terms were not disclosed and the deal is subject to customary closing conditions.

Ellucian Acquires Anthology's SIS and ERP Business

Ellucian has completed the acquisition of Anthology's Student Information Systems (SIS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) business, having been the successful bidder in Anthology's Chapter 11 process. The deal transfers more than 260 Anthology SIS and ERP customers to Ellucian and is intended to provide continuity for customers while expanding Ellucian's higher-education product and services ecosystem.
