Absorb Software, a Silversmith Capital Partners portfolio company, has acquired Tampa-based eLogic Learning to expand its Absorb LMS and LXP offerings. The acquisition broadens Absorb's customer base and vertical expertise (notably retail, healthcare and fast casual dining) and adds eLogic's content development capabilities and global user footprint.
