Carlyle Acquires Tarrytown Expocare Pharmacy from Sheridan Capital Partners

Funds managed by global investment firm Carlyle have completed the acquisition of Tarrytown Expocare Pharmacy from Sheridan Capital Partners, with Sheridan retaining a minority stake. Tarrytown is a specialized long-term care pharmacy serving the intellectual & developmental disability (IDD) and behavioral health communities; Carlyle said it will invest to expand the company's footprint and capabilities nationwide.
