Avery Products Corporation, a division of CCL Industries, has acquired IDESCO Corp., a New York–based provider of secure access control and ID badging solutions. The deal expands Avery/CCL's portfolio of secure identification and credentialing technologies and brings IDESCO's products and employees into the Avery/CCL organization.
